I started playing accordian in the late fifties, the Beatles came along in the early 60's and Mama got the squeezebox. I didn't want it any more. I've loved guitars ever since.  I was in and out of 4 or 5 bands over the years. When I was 28, I decided that wasn't the life for me, (wasn't going to be a rock star, needed to feed the family).

I began buying and selling until the early 90's. I began a relationship with Rick Turner in '94 and I still love the Model 1. Rick is in my opinion one of the premier luthiers in the USA today and a very nice man. Turner/Rennaissance instruments are among the finest instruments made in the world today. I consider myself very fortunate to be a dealer of these professional grade guitars, and one of the greatest things for me is that I get to play each and every one that passes through Western Guitars.
